This meditation reatreat is a practice where an indivisual uses a techinque - such as focusing your mind. Koan method you inquiry yourself who you are. we use [ who is in ? ] or [ who am i ? ]. Also an active meditation that purify our body and soul. You will move towards to your center, your essence.
 

Aweness Intensive based on traditional Zen techniques seeks a direct experience with the truth of one’s being. Repeated use of Koan “Who is in?” acts like an arrow, piercing through the layers of the mind. It exposes identification with the false personality, rigid beliefs and pre-conceived ideas. It sheds old layers and reveals an expanded state of consciousness, eventually re-connecting us to the source. The Who Is In? retreat is not another psychological therapy. In this residential meditation retreat we seek a direct experience of who we truly are and in this adventure we pass through and beyond ideas, ideals, conditionings, problems, games and identities, in one word … mind.

We will use the Koan “Who Is In?” as a tool to return to the source inside. The work involves an intense retreat with silence, diet, active and passive meditations and individual Koan talks.


Intensively keep an awareness, that is a beginning of meditation. Keep an awareness in a thing of daily life. This awareness is the essence of our being that led us to an awakening. Waking up from whatsoever you believe, from the dream of thought.

The mind whispering, and you believe, the mind is master and you are not. you and the mind is one thing. Using Koan, you will recognize the mind is not you, but not on your knowledge through a meditation you experience it.

Until that you are one with your mind, even that is such a great flash of wit. This approach is a zen approach, there is no exception of any kind of mind. No mind but contemplation, an awareness state.

Koan method, also help to break a layers of our limitation. Your believe system, a prejudice, a weak feelings, an obsession, etc... that alway keeping us in certain expression of defense, against others and yourself.

Koan is a zen approach, a trainee of Zen use this technique to reach No Mind State. Koan is working through the thought, feeling, whatsoever lie on us that makes unclear of ourself.

Koan is an inquiry, inquiry into one's self but not a philosophy, not a theory of practice, not talking about the paradise or the hell and the heaven, and ! be careful even not fight with that when it comes. simply watch and noticing.

An inquiry simply bring us to the reality, understanding and open our eyes to see the truth. An inquiry reach deeply one's self until you don't find "you" there, but something you know as you are witness.
